Honors College Undergraduate Research Opportunities Application

Instructions:

1. Complete the student and mentor information sections below.
2. Attach a one-page budget justification. See the sample budgets for examples. Detail what you will purchase and how much each unit costs. In addition, you should address how each of the requested supplies relate to your stated objectives.
3. Attach a copy of each of the following:
• a. A one-page (single-sided, single-spaced) description of your project.
• b. Approval from your home School or College of your thesis or project.
4. All materials should be sent electronically to honors.college@uvm.edu.
5. Your faculty mentor should submit a letter of support for your application. This letter should be sent electronically to honors.college@uvm.edu.
