Chris Caswell has opened Caswell Wood & Iron, an antique restoration and blacksmith shop in a small, self-sufficient building he constructed for his forge behind Simply Country Antiques. Caswell repairs and restores antique and wooden furniture as well as forges ornamental and functional ironwork for the home and garden. He works entirely with hand-operated tools, many of them antique.
