UVM Graduate College

Funding Calculator

This worksheet is a tool for students to estimate take-home pay and/or payroll deductions when using a stipend to help pay all or part of their balance with Student Financial Services. It is based on an estimated 20% tax rate, and could never encompass the needs of all taxpayers. Additional scholarship taxes may apply for international students on F-1 and F-2 Visas.

There are two tabs at the top of the worksheet: "Nine Month Stipend" and "Twelve Month Stipend." Please click the tab that best describes your stipend to select the proper worksheet.

Payroll Deductions must be set up with Student Financial Services before the due date of your bill.
