Course Information Memo - Change Course Form
For Department Chairpersons, Secretaries, and Chairpersons of
College/School Curriculum Committees

Deadline is March 1st for course submissions for Catalogue or Addendum.
Catalogue Information
Compare Graduate Catalogue information with the Undergraduate Catalogue to see if there are any discrepancies that need to be corrected for the next Catalogue or Addendum.
New Courses include:
- Special Topics courses that will carry their own title and course number
- Undergraduate level courses (100 or 200 level) for graduate credit
- Cross-listings: The correct forms with required signatures must be submitted by each department/program that is being cross-listed.
Course Changes:
Type in only information that is to be changed.
Descriptions:
If not edited to 25 words, the forms will be returned
to the department.
Prerequisites:
The Graduate Catalogue does not include "Junior standing" or
"Senior standing."
Add "permission" and/or "or equivalent" to any listings of undergraduate prerequisites unless there is a statement to this effect at the beginning of the course listings.
Instructors:
List last names of instructors in alphabetical order.
