Notes:
The LSMTP backup machine is 100MHz compared to the 450MHz of the current NT machine. We'll use it as the leapfrog machine to prevent needing to invest any money in this conversion.
Because the backup machine is so much slower than the production machine, we'll need to leapfrog quickly (or find another machine to use as the leapfrog).
