Define and implement an account deletion process that can be followed on a yearly basis in perpetuity.

Statement of the Problem to be Solved

Account deletion has not been performed in the last four or five years and the number of active accounts that are no longer affiliated with UVM in any way are beginning to outnumber the accounts for people who are affiliated with UVM.

The costs of this project are all indirect (people time).

This is a one-time project.

Benefits

This project will reduce the number of active accounts at UVM thereby:

• reducing costs for those products which are based on number of accounts
• reducing the number of exposures UVM has to someone doing something illegal and getting the UVM name in all the wrong places

This project really has no dependencies on other projects.
