Laboratory Safety Training Resources

There are many resources available for supporting laboratory safety training at UVM. Two examples of these are:

1. Howard Hughes Medical Institute Training Videos

Available on loan from the Environmental Safety staff, or order your own free copy of the appropriate videos directly from the HHMI from the Howard Hughes Medical Institute Web site.

Topics available include:

    (30 minutes on general laboratory safety)

    (30 minutes on working with potentially infections materials)

    (18 minutes on planning emergency response; used during ESF training).
