Mount Mansfield – This drawing is based on an aerial photograph taken by Rick Paradis while flying with Ian Worley. This perspective is looking northward along the ridge to the summit.

Lake Champlain – This is a view across Lake Champlain of the Adirondacks with Lone Rock Point to the north. You can see this view from the stretch of bike path heading north from Waterfront Park in Burlington.

High Trail – This misty scene would be near timberline in the Green Mountains of Vermont where schist-bound trails present views of hidden lakes.

Vermont map – This drawing depicts the northern section of the state showing drainage patterns and north-south mountain ranges. It is based on a relief map of the region providing a topographic context for the location of the UVM Natural Areas.

Flying crows – A bird’s eye view of the Vermont landscape (birds included) in moving weather.

Camel’s Hump – The distinctive shape of this mountain is a major reference point for residents of the greater Burlington area. This view is near the junction of Dorset Street and Cheesefactory Road.

Bittersweet – A winter scene of the historic building which is home to the University of Vermont Environmental Program.
