Over recent days, the Center for Health and Wellbeing has noted an increase in the number of students seeking care for symptoms of influenza — fever, chills, body aches, cough, sore throat, and fatigue.

To provide students with greater ease of access to services during this time, we are opening a Fever and Flu Clinic where students can go if they need care.

Who should go? Students who have felt feverish or who have a fever over 100 degrees and who feel they need to be evaluated. Students who are ill with fever and who have underlying conditions — including asthma, pregnancy, diabetes, heart disease, and who have illnesses or take medications which suppress the immune system — should seek evaluation and care at this site.

Where is it? The clinic is located under the Ira Allen Chapel. Enter through the back (east) side of the building facing the parking lot closest to Votey Hall. Follow signs to the clinic. See map below.

When is it open? Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. beginning Tuesday, Oct. 27. Outside of usual business hours, students may call 656-3350 to seek advice about medical concerns.
