Welcome to the webpage for the Department of Leadership and Developmental Sciences within the College of Education and Social Services. The undergraduate program in Human Development fosters understanding of complex patterns of individual growth. The five master’s degree programs offered within the department are in Higher Education and Student Affairs Administration, Educational Leadership and Policy Studies, Foundations of Education, Interdisciplinary Studies, and Counseling, with tracks in both school counseling and mental health counseling. The doctoral program in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies leads to the Ed.D. degree.
