Carpals, from first digit (thumb) to fifth (pinkie):
- Distal row:
- Scaphoid
- Lunate
- Triquetrum
- Pisiform
- Proximal row:
- Trapezium
- Trapezoid
- Capitate
- Hamate
Notes:
- Pisiform is anterior to the triquetrum
- The mnemonic has two Ts in a row, which might make it difficult to remember which comes first (trapezium or trapezoid). Luckily, they're in alphabetic order.
