Block 1

All superficial back muscles are innervated by the ventral rami of the brachial plexus...

...except for the trapezius (accessory nerve) and omohyoid (cervical plexus).

All muscles of the anterior forearm are innervated by the median nerve...

...except for the brachioradialis (radial n.), flexor carpi ulnaris (ulnar n.), pronator quadratus (deep branch of median n.), flexor pollicis longus (deep branch of median n.), and the flexor digitorum profundus (deep branch of median n. and ulnar n.).

The motor branches of the radial nerve innervate only muscles of the posterior forearm...

...except for the brachioradialis, a mostly anterior muscle, which is also supplied by the radial nerve.

The deep branch of the radial n. (posterior interosseus n.) innervates all posterior muscles of the upper extremity...
