You will need a player of MP3 files in order to download and listen to weekly segments of the Reggae Lunch. You can find the information you need as well as the links to the free software you will need at http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ .

To get the programs:

Go to http://www.uvm.edu/~asnider/listen/ and select files that begin with the letters "rl."

Descriptions of many radio shows can be found at http://reggaelunch.blogspot.com/ with direct links.

The Reggae Lunch does not provide technical support for any of these systems. However, they do seem to be convivial enough for most inexperienced computer users.
