CRITIQUE SO-CALLED "ROGUE" STATE

The theory behind this argument is that the use of the term "Rogue" state is degrading, inaccurate, counterproductive, and leads to poor policymaking. Clinton, for example, had stopped using this term and instesad called these states "nations of concern." The Bush administration has reinstated the "rogue state" term, so it is back with us again.

My suggestion is to always say so-called "rogue" state when referring to what others (like evidence) have said, but use "nation of concern" when speaking for yourself.
