Initial Contact/R25 Reservations Process

Please respond to the following statements based on your initial contact with the Operations Office and R25 Reservations Process.

I received notification that my R25 request was reviewed for space availability in a timely manner.
The Davis Center Operations & Event Services staff was accessible by telephone/email and responded to any inquiries I had promptly.

All the basic information that I wanted to know regarding the space(s) being requested for my event (room capacities, setup options, AV equipment, etc.) was easily obtainable during the R25 reservation process.

Day of Event Experience

A member of the Davis Center Event Services Team greeted me or a member of my group prior to the start of my event to ensure that everything was in order.

The room was set-up as per my R25 request when I arrived.
During my event, a Davis Center student staff member and/or a professional staff member was easy to locate and was responsive to my needs.
The audio visual equipment was in proper working order.
My interaction with the students and/or professional staff overseeing the setup of space and AV/technical services was courteous and helpful.
The cleanliness of the room(s) being used and the public areas of the Davis Center met or exceeded my expectations.
The target temperature for the Davis Center is 68 – 70 degrees. Given this, the room temperature was comfortable.
Any problems or final details that needed attention were able to be taken care of promptly and professionally by the student Building Manager on duty:

Food/Catering Experience

While the Davis Center Operations & Event Services office does not oversee or directly coordinate catering, your feedback regarding food service from Sodexho is helpful and will be passed along to the staff at Davis Center Dining.
