Office / Reservation Assistant
The Office/Reservations Assistant is a vital memberof the Dudley H. Davis Center team, representing the Operations Office, the Davis Center, and the University as a provider of quality customer service. Office/Reservations Assistants take direction primarily from the Assistant Director for Facilities and the Office Manager, but work to support all functions of the Operations Office and of the Davis Center. The Technical Assistant is a vital member of the Davis Center team, providing expanded support for sound reinforcement, lighting, computer, and audio-visual support. The Student Building Manager is a vital member of the Davis Center team, serving as the eyes and ears of the building during hours that the building is open and representing the Operations Office, the Davis Center, and the University as a provider of quality customer service. These student leaders coordinate the daily operations of the Davis Center during established building hours. Expected to be “building generalists”, they trouble-shoot issues, provide a safe and secure environment, and coordinate support of the Information Centers and Event Service Teams.
