Emil Gundelach and Sons

Emil Gundelach was a glassblower before he started making x-ray tubes with the help of his sons Eugen (1854 - 1927) and Max (1858 - 1939). They established a factory  shortly after Rontgen's discovery  and made contributions to the increase in the maximum permissable load of x-ray tubes and their length of life.  The Gundelach firm existed as an independant company and produced x-ray tubes into the late 1920's.
