F) We are beginning to get Blackboard enquiries. Do we need a FAQ?

Dartmouth has a nice model ... http://bbfaq.dartmouth.edu/faq/index.html ... that actually seems to get used

- it allows users to enter their questions (so that they are really the questions that users ask)

- it keeps track of what gets read

- it's nicely organized

- all told, it's not very large (not many questions get asked)

So

- we can use theirs

- we can copy theirs and build a local model

- we can invent something here

- we can teach people to use google to find answers
