1. Upgrade to CE 6 by Fall 2007
   1. if banner feed is available (buy or write; ETS committment)
   2. move to supported oracle platform (oracle on linux; windows server; ETS committment)
   3. product must be usable in UVM environment (eliminate quirks, discover work arounds, browser support issues; Bb support is slow. LRG time committment)
   4. resources are committed for training
2. Upgrade to CE 6 by Fall 2008
   1. CE 4.1 migration to linux server (ETS move to Williston)
   2. CE 4.1 b support plan (more money, less support)
   3. And all of 1 above
   4. Expires in Summer 2008
