Some of us thought it might be useful to brainstorm a list of features we'd like a client/session tracking system to have. This will come in handy when evaluating our current tools, and potential ones.

Feature List

• issue categorization
  • i.e. webct, ppt, windows, osx, etc.
• issue tagging
  • maybe just an easier way to categorize ... i.e. de.ico.us
• email integration
  • send an email to open an issue
