The Center for Research on Vermont periodically sponsors Research-in-Progress Seminars and other presentations about Vermont research topics of interest at locations on and off the University of Vermont (UVM) Campus. The Research-in-Progress Seminars provide researchers with the opportunity to exchange preliminary findings across disciplinary lines, and through the Center's Occasional Papers Series, the prospect of dissemination to a wide audience.

Thanks to an ongoing partnership with Regional Educational Technology Network , Center presentations are broadcast on Wednesdays at 8:00 p.m. on RETN North (Greater Burlington area) and RETN South (Shelburne to Vergennes area),  Comcast Cable Television Channel 16. For information about specific broadcast times, please contact RETN at 802/654-7980 or email info@retn.org or visit their Web site at www.retn.org .

Video tapes of these seminars are available on loan from the Center for Research on Vermont free of charge. If you request the video to be mailed to you, we require a $2.50 fee for postage reimbursement. To request a video, send email to crv@uvm.edu or call 802/656-4389.

If you are not on the Center's mailing list already and want to receive an electronic announcement about forthcoming Research-in-Progress Seminars as well as other Center programs, please send a request to be added to our email distribution list to crv@uvm.edu
