women's varsity crews. The FPU Ravens enjoyed success at
regional regattas such as Knecht Cup and New England
Fours Championship.
Doug Connelly rowed at Colby College from 1995 - 1999,
earning medals at Head of the Charles, New England
Rowing Championships, and ECACs. In his senior year,
Connelly helped his crew win the New England Men's Point
Trophy and his team awarded him with Colby's 'Spirit of
the Oarsmen' Award. Following graduation, Connelly
joined Coach Steenstra at The Ohio State University,
coaching the novice men.
