This workshop examined the benefits of institutions providing livable wages, the difficulties in putting such policies in place, and how organizations can provide this form of support to employees while meeting their other objectives. The workshop also discussed Burlington’s Livable Wage Policy and efforts to institute a livable wage policy for support staff in public schools.
