The UVM/Burlington COPC directs its resources and activities to Burlington's Old North End neighborhood and surrounding low-income areas which make up the HUD-designated Urban Enterprise Community (1994) and Empowerment Zone Strategic Planning Community (1999).
UVM/Burlington partnerships will build community leadership, increase employment and income, and promote fair and affordable housing.
