The UVM/Burlington Community Outreach Partnership Center (COPC) is made possible through substantial cost-sharing and support from Burlington’s university, city and community organizations. These contributions are estimated to nearly triple the amount received in the federal grant, totaling one million dollars over the four year period. It is an amazing, collaborative effort.

HUD requires COPC to keep records of all resources (cash and in-kind) going into the project as promised. UVM will be documenting actual cost-share amounts from contributing organizations semi-annually. Future report dates are:

July, 2003 (for period Jan.1, 2003-June 30, 2003)
December, 2003 (for period July 1, 2003-Sept.30, 2003)

We request a record of each organization’s cost-share: actual amounts of donated time, space and material that have been shared with COPC during the last report period. Reviewing the contributions and spaces that we are actually using gives COPC a chance to adjust the instances where we are overusing (or under-using!) resources.
