248699aTechGlowThe College of Arts and Sciences Computing Services Office was created by the Dean of the College in the fall of 1992.  Our mission is to provide dedicated Information Technology support services to the faculty and staff of the College.

Located on the third floor of 438 College Street, the Computing Services Office consists of three full-time professional support staff and one or more students.

Services we provide include:

  1. Campus Network (i.e., "Internet") training and consultation
  2. Computer hardware and software consultation (pre- or post- purchase)
  3. Computer hardware servicing and troubleshooting
    Note that we support only computers purchased through Microcomputer Services and that we service hardware only if it is outside the manufacturer's warranty.
  4. Software consultation, installation, and troubleshooting
  5. Referral services
