Data Breach

The University is committed to investigating and providing notice of information security breaches to affected individuals and/or Federal and State agencies in accordance with applicable Federal and State requirements.

The Data Breach Notification Policy sets out the steps that must be used to ensure that information security incidents are identified, contained, investigated, and remedied.
