Independent Evaluations

The University’s effort reporting system is monitored in two ways:
  1. The annual A-133 audit conducted by the University’s external auditors reviews compliance with OMB A-21.  Findings are reported to the cognizant Federal agency as well as to UVM’s Board of Trustee’s Audit Committee.
  2. The Audit Services Office will periodically perform a review of the adequacy of the effort reporting system.
