To ensure compliance with the Federal Government Circular OMB A-21 Cost Principles of Higher Education, UVM has instituted an Effort Management and Reporting policy.

This training module  reinforces the key concepts, definitions and subtleties embedded in the University's Effort Management & Reporting policy.

As part of the University's commitment to compliance, faculty and staff who expend effort either directly or indirectly on sponsored awards are required to understand the content of the Effort Management and Reporting policy.
