 Space Reports for IBB

Introduction: IBB Space Inventory summary reports are now available using BI Publisher.  The IBB reports were developed to provide a summary of the space within a college/unit as reported by the space survey administrators during the space and equipment inventory process.  The IBB reports are identified as follows:

  •   IBB College/Division by Department, Building ASF (assignable square footage) By Space Category, Space Subcategory: This report provides several options to obtain assigned space of each department within a college/division.  One option is a ASF summary by department and building.  A second option is a detailed report which has the flexibility to include summaries by department, building and general space categories (office facilities, lab facilities etc...), a summary by specific space subcategory (office, office service, conference room, class lab, non-class lab or the associated room numbers with each category,
  • IBB College/Division, By Building, ASF by Building Type:  This report provides a square footage summary for a College/Division by building and categorizes each building by building type. 

 

The reports are available for reference during the inventory process and upon inventory completion to obtain a current summary of square footage for a College/Division.
