As of January 5, 2015, all non-credit activity for which (1) a fee is collected, (2) registration is required, or (3) the sponsoring department would like a transcript is required to run through RegOnline. Events that are established and take place after January 5, 2015 must be created and administered in the new system. Events that were created before January 5 can continue in the system in which they were built.
RegOnline is used by various UVM units to manage registration
payments for not-for-credit events/courses/workshops conducted
by UVM. Each unit sets up their events in RegOnline. Once the
event has been set up, registrants can sign up for the
event/course/workshop and pay online via credit card. Payments
via check or cash will need to be handled directly with the UVM
unit conducting the event by the registrant.
