Eva Doane, M.S.Research Assistant
Eva Doane graduated with a B.A. cum Laude from Cornell University, specializing in German Literature. She went on to get a M.S. from the University of Vermont in Entomology. Currently Eva is an EMT-Intermediate and volunteer with New Haven First Response and Bristol Rescue.
Eva returned to work as a Research Assistant/Lab Technician for Dr. Potter in December after a 16 year hiatus to raise her three children. Her work in the Potter lab involves recruiting study participants, data entry, budgeting, and various other tasks.
Her "copious" spare time is spent with her family and many critters. In addition, Eva spends a minimum of 24 hours a week volunteering for the rescue squad. She gardens, reads and sews whenever she can.
