Intrauniversity Transfer Application

Please note that according to University policy, students with a cumulative grade point average of 2.0 or higher are eligible to request an internal transfer. However, the required GPA to remain in this program is a 2.5. A limited number of spaces are available in the Athletic Training Education Program and a higher GPA will be considered more favorably in the review process. Successful transfer applicants for Fall 2008 had a GPA of 3.0 and above.

Factors that will be considered in the application review process:

1. Cumulative grade point average;
2. Performance in high school and/or college-level science courses;
3. Clarity of essay as related to applicant's future professional goals and/or previous experience;
4. Capacity of class for which student is applying.
