Computer and IT Help

Student IT support requests may be submitted via ETS Client Services.

The College of Nursing and Health Sciences recommends that all incoming first-year students purchase laptops. The specific recommendations are as follows:

    Minimum Recommended Hardware Specifications
  • 1.6 GHz dual-core processor
  • 160 GB hard drive
  • 2 GB RAM
    Software Recommendation
  • Microsoft Office or similar (word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation capabilities)

Computers are available for purchase through the UVM Computer Depot.
