Freson '12 to Present at the 2012 American College of Sports Medicine

Congratulations to Claire Freson, a fourth-year Exercise and Movement Science major who has had her research poster accepted for presentation at the 9th Annual Meeting and 3rd World Congress on Exercise is Medicine of the American College of Sports Medicine in San Francisco from May 29 - June 2. Her abstract is titled "Improving Exercise Adherence Through Online Journaling Following Physical Therapy Treatment for Chronic Low Back Pain." Claire wrote and received a URECA! grant to complete this work and sponsor her travel to the meeting. Her abstract will be published in Medicine and Science in Sports and Exercise, Volume 44:5 Supplement. Claire works with Dr. Sharon Henry in the Human Motion Analysis Lab.
