Ceremony

Location: Patrick Gymnasium
Date: Sunday, May 22, 2011
Start Time: 12:30 p.m.
End Time: 2:00 p.m.

Line-up Location: Hallway around the top level above the pool
Line-up Time: 12:00 p.m. (noon)
Regalia: Students should arrive at the line-up location wearing their regalia
Photographer:  GradImages. Visit the GradImages website at www.gradimages.com to pre-register or to order prints.  Pre-event registration is encouraged.  Prints can be ordered online or by phone at 800-261-2576.
Diplomas: Diplomas will be awarded at the CESS ceremony. Unclaimed diplomas will be returned to the Registrar's Office. After Sunday, diplomas may be picked up during the week of May 23-27 at the Student Service Center located in the Waterman Bldg. between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Graduate students: CESS will recognize any participating CESS graduate student. If you would like to participate in the CESS Ceremony, please arrive wearing your regalia to the line-up at Patrick Gymnasium by Noon on Sunday, May 22nd. In order to be recognized on stage you must be wearing your regalia and lined-up by Noon on May 22nd.

Location: Harris/Millis Dining Hall
Start Time: 11:00 a.m. (Please note the reception will be held before the CESS ceremony.)
