Location: Multipurpose Facility in the Athletic Campus
Date: Sunday, May 17, 2009
Parking: Gutterson Lot and Garage. Use shuttle stop at Patrick Gym to Royall Tyler Theatre for outdoor main ceremony. (See Commencement Parking)
Start Time: 2:30 pm
End Time: 4:30 pm
Tickets: No
Line-up Location: Gardner-Collins Indoor Track
Line-up Time: 1:45 pm
Regalia: Students should arrive at the line-up location wearing their regalia
Photographer: No

Diplomas: Diplomas will be awarded at the CALS ceremony. Unclaimed diplomas will be returned to the Registrar's Office.

Reception

Location: Simpson Hall, Redstone Campus
Start Time: 12:00 pm (noon)
End Time: 1:30 pm
Tickets: Tickets are not required for the reception, but students should call Heather Palow to let her know how many guests they are bringing to the reception.
