TIcket Reservations: follow this link to login with your UVM net ID and password to reserve your tickets for the College of Medicine Ceremony. Tickets are available online to May 2013 degree candidates only.

Regalia: Students should arrive at the line-up location with their regalia

Videographer: A DVD of this ceremony will be available for purchase from the UVM Bookstore.

Speaker: William Hopkins, M.D., Associate Professor of Medicine, University of Vermont College of Medicine, and cardiologist, Fletcher Allen Health Care.
Diplomas: Diplomas will be awarded at The University Commencement College of Medicine Ceremony. Unclaimed diplomas for College of Medicine students will be mailed to them by the college.

Seating Assistance: Please consider your mobility needs for the day. Ceremonies and receptions are generally a short walk or shuttle bus ride apart. UVM will have a limited number of wheelchairs available to transport individuals at each ceremony venue between the venue's main entrance and their seat (please note, guests will not be able to remain in the transport wheelchair as UVM is unable to provide a wheelchair for all-day use). At the end of the ceremony, please locate an usher (wearing a yellow vest) to return with a wheelchair for assistance. If a wheelchair is needed for the full day, we recommend checking with your local area vendors for availability. Location: ECHO Lake Aquarium and Science Center, 1 College Street, Burlington
Start Time: 4:00 p.m.
End Time: 6:00 p.m.
Shuttle Service: Shuttle service will be provided following the ceremony between Ira Allen Chapel and the ECHO Lake Aquarium and Science Center. Shuttles will be prepared to leave Ira Allen at the end of the ceremony. The last shuttles will leave the ECHO Center at 6:30 p.m. and return to Ira Allen Chapel.
Parking: Parking is available at the waterfront if you prefer to drive to the ECHO Center. Otherwise please park in the Given Lot on campus and use the shuttle service.
