Ceremony

Location: Multipurpose Facility in the Athletic Complex
Date: Sunday, May 17, 2015
Start Time: 4:30 p.m.
End Time: 6:30 p.m.

Doors Open: 3:30 p.m.
Line-up Location: Gardner-Collins Indoor Track
Line-up Time: 3:45 p.m.
Regalia:
Students and faculty should arrive at the line-up location wearing their regalia

A DVD of this ceremony will be available for purchase from the UVM Bookstore. Pre-orders may be placed on line beginning Monday, April 27.

Diplomas:
Diplomas will be awarded at the CALS ceremony. Unclaimed diplomas will be returned to the Registrar's Office. After Sunday, May 17, diplomas may be picked up at the Student Service Center located on the 3rd floor of the Waterman Building during the following times: Monday, May 18: 12:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m., and Tuesday - Friday, May 19 - 22: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Remaining diplomas will be mailed during the week of May 25th.   

Reception

(Note: reception will be held before the ceremony)

Location: Redstone Dining (formerly Simpson Hall)
Start Time: 2:30 p.m.
End Time: 3:30 p.m.
Tickets: Tickets are not required for the reception, but students are asked to R.S.V.P. with Rose Laba to let her know how many guests they are bringing to the reception.
