Latin 3: Self-paced Latin

Professor Robin Schlunk

The course covers basics of Latin grammar presented in a tutorial format. Especially valuable for students who will attend college in the fall, it is the same as the rapid review of grammar course (reincarnated as self-paced Latin) offered in the fall semester at UVM. Latin 3 presents a relatively painless way for students to prepare for Latin literature courses. The 8 credits available at summer prices (lower than during the regular school year) provide a safety cushion so that first-year students, for example, can avoid the burden of a maximum course load during their first semester and still finish the year ahead.

N.B. ALL CLASS SESSIONS ARE OPTIONAL. The stated class time is when the Profesor is available, but students need NOT attend every day, or at all. One meeting a week with the Professor will be sufficient.

1-8 credits
