Living Well: Outreach and Education
Living Well is home to the Education and Outreach staff at the Center for Health & Wellbeing.
What We Do
We are dedicated to a holistic approach in supporting the needs of students in their pursuit of creating and maintaining healthy, well-balanced lifestyles. Contact us at LivingWell@uvm.edu to request a program!
We work to understand the diverse and complex health issues that students are facing, incuding:
- Alcohol and other drugs
- Sexual health and healthy relationships
- Body image and eating disorders
- Adjustment to College
- Mental health
- Cultural adjustment
- Stress management
The Living Well team focuses efforts on providing the tools and education students need to make healthy choices.
Where We Are
From its new home on the first floor of the Davis Center, Living Well offers health and wellness resource information, a relaxation room, and educational programming and workshops. In addition, we serve as a link for students interested in accessing CHWB services and provide drop-in consultations with healthcare professionals. Give us a call at 802-656-0441.
