For Students Requesting ADHD Medication:

If you indicated on your Health History Form that you are currently taking medication typically prescribed for ADHD, please read this letter which outlines our policy regarding the prescription of medications for ADHD.

(NOTE:  The Health History Form link will take you to the My Wellbeing login page. The link "FORMS" on the left sidebar will grant you access to the Health History Form.)
