The Relaxation Room

Living Well's Relaxation Room is a self-service resource for students, faculty & staff.

The room offers a tranquil space for relaxing in the massage chair, experiencing guided relaxation/meditation, listening to music, or just taking a break. Yoga mats & meditation cushions are also available for use.
