Description: A 4-week workshop series, for female identified students, promoting body acceptance and preventing eating disorders. Participants will discuss the origin of the thin ideal and discuss how the thin ideal is perpetuated in the media. We will identify ways to think and act healthier.

The group will be guided by stories from Eating in the Light of the Moon: How Women can transform their relationships with food through myths, metaphors & storytelling by Anita Johnston.
