The basis policy covers up to $50,000. There is a Supplement Insurance that would add an additional $200,000 to the policy. The Policy premium for the supplemental insurance is to be determined. The rate is the same for the Fall and Spring Semester. Students, spouses/same sex spousal equivalent and children who have purchased the basis UVM insurance would qualify to purchase this additional supplemental insurance.
