Insurance is mandatory for graduate students enrolled in 12 credit hours or more and for all other students enrolled in 9 credit hours or more.
You must either elect to purchase the UVM insurance, or waive the UVM insurance by providing information about your current, non-UVM, insurance policy.
You may also elect to purchase the insurance if you are registered for at least 6 credit hours for the Fall semester.
