Morgan Blackhand versus Agent Smith
Morgan Blackhand versus Agent Smith
The Fighters:
From the world of Cyberpunk 2020, we have Morgan Blackhand. He made a name for himself after the Central American conflict when he shot an abusive husband when the wife came to him for help. He is rated as the best solo in America (and possibly the world) in the year 2020 not only because of his killing ability, but because of his cunning and style as well. Agent Smith is but a virtual reality drone. The only problem is that the virtual reality he inhabits is The Matrix, which just happens to be the world we live in today. The agents know the truth behind the lie and therefore knows how to manipulate the laws of our reality in almost any way imaginable. Agent Smith managed to give the Chosen One a run for his money, and would have killed him except for the fact that they need to keep things open for a couple of sequels.

Round One:
The world of 2020: a dank, fetid world choked by pollution, noise, and heat trapped on the planet by that cloud of smog that chokes off the sky. This is Morgan Blackhand's home. He's respected and feared. He takes jobs that interest him and takes orders from no one. And then one day he comes across a man in dark sunglasses and a ominous suit who looks exactly like Hugo Weaving. Giving his usual cocky glare, he asks Mr. Smith what business he has with him. Agent Smith responds by punching Morgan across the alley (Motivation?! Since when do the combatants here need motivation?!). Blackhand lets loose with some suppressive fire from a semi-automatic, which Agent Smith promptly dodges. Agent Smith closes to hand to hand and proceeds to beat Morgan bloody, leaving him for dead. Round One goes to Agent Smith.

Round Two:
Although he's not sure how Agent Smith did what he did, Morgan knows that that guy is a force to be reckoned with. He hatches a plan, and calls on some of his old military buddies to help him. They later corner Agent Smith in an alley, with Morgan Blackhand no where to be found. As Morgan's buddies proceed to move in on Smith wielding 9mms, brass knuckles, and monokatanas, Agent Smith proceeds to beat them all like a crowd of red headed stepchilds. Meanwhile, Blackhand is on a nearby rooftop aiming a sniper rifle at Smith' back. Just as Smith is about to slaughter his buddies, Blackhand fires the high-powered rifle. Not even Agent Smith notices the bullet until it has embedded itself deep within his simulated heart. Round Two goes to Morgan Blackhand.

Round Three:
Morgan watches in amazement through the scope of the rifle as Agent Smith vanishes, leaving a human corpse behind. Smith possesses another body and begins an enraged hunt for this pesky Morgan Blackhand. Morgan leads Smith into a blind alley where he not only takes a beating but also manages to lead Smith into several booby traps, such as exploding piles of garbage and acid-filled puddles. Smith is "killed" several times, but Morgan can't finish him off, since the agent keeps possessing other people's bodies. Finally, Morgan and Smith engage in a massive melee, where Morgan proceeds to get his butt kicked. Agent Smith catches Morgan by the throat and draws his handgun, about to finish him for good. At that moment, Morgan clears his throat and calls attention to the sawed-off shotgun aimed at Smith's groin. Furious, Smith tosses Morgan aside and storms off, muttering that he's not really worth the trouble. Later, Morpheus recruits Morgan, deciding that he makes a much better Chosen One than Keanu Reeves. Round Three and the battle go to Morgan Blackhand.
