• *Graduation with a B.S. requires 6 hours of advanced chemistry-related course work (200 level or higher), which must include at least 3 hours of chemistry research (CHEM 291). Although 1-4 hours of CHEM 291 can be taken in a semester, students usually take 1-2 h over 2-3 semesters to complete the 3-hour requirement.
