Kelly Mancini Becker is working towards an Ed.D in Educational Leadership and Policy with an emphasis on arts integration, kinesthetic learning, and arts advocacy and policy.  She received a BM from Catholic University and an MA from Brown University. After performing professionally, Kelly taught in a variety of public and private schools in Washington, DC and Vermont.  She has worked extensively with arts organizations such as The Shakespeare Theater, The Folger, and Center for Inspired Teaching to implement arts programing into schools. Kelly was a founding teacher and Arts Coordinator for Two River Public Charter School.  She is excited to be a part of the UVM learning community as well as the Burlington community where she lives with her husband and two daughters.
