Welcome to our online database and application system.  You can use this system to register and apply to our Campus Children's Center. This system will allow you to enter information about yourself, other relatives and/or designated guardians, and your children. This information is kept secure and private, and will only be used if you become a member of the CCC Community.

In order to submit your application you will need to complete the following sections of this system:
  1. Update Your User Information <--START HERE THE FIRST TIME YOU LOG IN
  2. Enter/Update Additional Parent Information
  3. Enter/Update Your Child(ren) Information
  4. Review Your Application - before submitting it.

 

After you have completed the 4 sections listed here, then you will be able to submit your finalized application to our center.
